Engaged in an in-depth expressive arts therapy training with expressive arts therapist Terri Chester that combined research, reflection, and hands-on practice. Maintained a reading and research journal, developed numerous themed workshops/ facilitations, participated in weekly supervision, and sustained a regular creative practice—demonstrating the integration of theory, personal process, and the power of the arts.

Visual Journal: individuals use visual means like drawings, paintings, and collages to explore and express their thoughts and feelings. It differs from traditional journaling by focusing on visual representation rather than written words, allowing for a deeper, more intuitive exploration of emotions and experiences.
